Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing services or programs with Saquib Siddique & Co... If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any program that you purchased with us.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Saquib Siddique & Co 

The program refers to the membership, subscription, or courses offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase a Program from Us.

You mean the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the program, as applicable

Refund and cancellation policy: You understand that if you are not satisfied with the result or you do not complete/adhere to the program for any reason, fees paid for any services are refundable under the conditions listed herewith.

Transfer of membership policy: Membership/subscriptions are non-transferable.

Refund terms:

At Saquib Siddique & Co, we are committed to providing our students/clients with a rewarding and enriching learning experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to seek a refund for the courses or programs you purchased from us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted.

Refund Eligibility:

1.1. This refund policy applies to all courses and programs offered by Saquib Siddique & Co

1.2. Refunds will be considered only within the first 3 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Requests:

2.1. To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request within the specified 3-day period

2.2. The request must be sent to our support team at sids@saquibsiddique.com ( make sure this id is correct) and include the following information:

Your full name and contact details

Course or program name

Reason for the refund request

Refund Evaluation:

3.1. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3.2. Our support team will review your request and assess its eligibility for a refund.

3.3. Saquib Siddique & Co reserves the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the refund policy has been violated.

Non-Refundable Items:

4.1. Enrollment fees or charges for administrative services are non-refundable.

4.2. Saquib Siddique & Co reserves the right to designate specific courses, programs, or services as non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Refund Process:

5.1. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued by the original payment method used during the purchase.

5.2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Deductions:

6.1. In case of a refund, Saquib Siddique & Co reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees, administrative charges, or taxes from the refund amount.

Course Completion and Refund Ineligibility:

7.1. If you have completed a significant portion of a course or program, as determined by Saquib Siddique & Co, you may not be eligible for a refund.

7.2. Access to course materials, resources, or any other benefits associated with the course or program will be revoked upon refund approval.

Dispute Resolution:

8.1. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding refunds, you should contact our support team for resolution.

9.1 The student has to go through all the classes and attend a live session then if one is not satisfied one can submit the request with a specific reason the team will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Saquib Siddique & Co reserves the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the refund policy has been violated.
